Genealogy "Love of the Hunt"

Wednesday, June 22, 2011 - Its hump day and the weekend trip is slowly coming upon us.   Today's talk is about "expanding our search area"  Do not limit ur geographical area when searching.   Even tho autos were not in the picture in our ancestors time, it is not uncommon for relatives to attend church 20 miles away or meet your spouse two to three counties away.   Remember early settlements were thin and ministers serviced several congregations  in a wide region.   The church records may all be found together.   cg
